People: APC13 needs a small team of tech guys and gals to film, record and set-up four concurrent sessions in rooms and halls.
Ideally suited to people in the AV industry and who want some experience. You will need to set up laptop and digital projectors, upload presentations for speakers, film talks and workshops, collate these digitally onto thumb drives to enable these to be passed onto APC13 participants. We invite volunteers and business organisations to speak to us about these tasks.
Equipment: we need a few laptops – clean, fast and modern, both Windows and Mac based, digital projectors, digital video cameras and tripods, screens, Public Address (PA) systems – microphones, amplifiers, speakers etc – that enable recording or specific recording equipment that can do so.
There is some money available to hire equipment and possibly people but initially we are asking for people to lend their gear and expertise.
